Talent Triumphs at iMusicast

Up first were Pleasanton natives Eightfold Path. As the crowd around the stage increased these guys put out a performance so enigmatic that one might think this band has been hitting the local scene for years. Melodic lyrics gave way to harsh screams adding to the overall intensity of their set. The green iridescent background took second place in the fight for attention while vocalist Matt Harvey lurched and crawled around on the floor. Harvey was assisted on vocals by Eric Anderson, formerly of Asylum, who handled the singer's more "screaming" parts due to a hernia injury. Eightfold's energy and knack for getting the crowd involved made them a perfect opening band. Immediately they drew you into their grasp and did not let go until the last note was played.
In conclusion words cannot do justice for the show that was performed last night. It isn't everyday that you get to see five super-talented bands in one place on one night. Those in attendance or viewing on line surely know what a pleasure it was to witness.
